Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of pre-contractual measures, or on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in processing your enquiry. We store your data only for as long as this is necessary to process your enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.
5 Bookings and Booking Enquiries
For bookings and booking enquiries, you may use our online booking system provided by Seekda. In doing so, those personal data required to process and carry out your booking are processed, in particular your name, contact details, stay details and, where applicable, payment and billing details.
The processing is carried out for the performance of pre-contractual measures or for the fulfilment of the accommodation agreement pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, as well as for compliance with legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
6 Guest correspondence with ReGuest
For processing enquiries, preparing and sending offers, and communicating before, during and after your stay, we use the ReGuest guest correspondence and CRM service. The provider is REGUEST AG, based in Italy.
In particular, master data and contact details, enquiry and booking data, communication content, interests and information about your stay may be processed. Processing is carried out for the performance of pre-contractual measures and the fulfilment of the accommodation contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where processing serves to maintain existing guest relationships, it may also be based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
