• Our prices are per person and day and include the services listed.
The local tax of €4.00 per person and day is not included in the price.

• For stays of up to and including three nights, a short-stay surcharge of €10.00 per person and day will be charged.

• Subject to availability, sole occupancy of a double room is available at a surcharge of €35.00 per day.

• Dogs are welcome in selected rooms by prior arrangement. The surcharge is €15.00 per day.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of €200.00 per room is required unless otherwise stated in the offer or booking confirmation. The further payment terms are set out in the respective offer or booking confirmation.

• Check-in: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

• Check-out: by 10:30 am

If you are arriving outside the specified times, please contact us in advance. A self check-in can be arranged by prior agreement.

Natur Residenz Anger Alm is designed for stays by adults and young people aged 14 and over. Accommodation for children under 14 is not provided.

• 13 to 7 days before arrival: processing fee of €100.00

• 6 to 1 day before arrival: 80 percent of the total amount

• In the event of a no-show or early departure: 90 percent of the total amount

• Up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation

• 20 to 14 days before arrival: processing fee of EUR 200.00

• 13 to 1 day before arrival: 80 per cent of the total amount

• In the event of a no-show or early departure: 90 per cent of the total amount
