Booking and Prices
How are the room rates stated?
Prices are per person and per day. The services listed are already included. In addition, there is a local tax of €4 per person and per day.
Is there a surcharge for short stays?
For stays of up to and including three nights, €10 per person per day will be charged.
Is it possible to book a double room for single occupancy?
Yes, subject to availability, it is also possible to book a double room for single occupancy. The surcharge is 35 euros.
What deposit is required?
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 200 euros per room is required. The remaining balance can be paid on site in cash or by card.
What are the benefits of booking directly?
When booking directly, you receive the lowest available rate and all services included with it. A packed hiking snack or skier’s snack to take with you is also included.
What cancellation conditions apply?
In summer, cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before arrival, an administration fee of EUR 100 will be charged. From 6 to 1 day before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged. In the event of a no-show or early departure, 90% will be charged.
In winter, cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. From 20 to 14 days before arrival, an administration fee of EUR 200 will be charged. From 13 to 1 day before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged. In the event of a no-show or early departure, 90% will be charged.
For peace of mind in the event of the unexpected, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Stay
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. For later arrivals, we will prepare a self check-in by prior arrangement.
Is Anger Alm an Adults Only hotel?
Anger Alm welcomes adults and young people aged 14 and over, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere where nature, location and personal hospitality take centre stage.
Is Wi-Fi available, and is parking available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and parking is also available directly at the hotel at no extra charge.
Is there a charging station for electric cars?
A charging station is located in the immediate vicinity. Please enquire directly with the hotel for the latest details before your arrival.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are welcome in a limited number of rooms by prior arrangement, so please enquire before booking. The surcharge is 15 euros per day.
Breakfast and Dining
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 9:30 am, with a focus on regional produce and homemade specialities.
Are there gluten-free options?
Gluten-free options are available with advance notice. Please let us know about any intolerances or dietary preferences before your arrival.
May a packed lunch be taken along?
With a direct booking, you are welcome to take bread and fruit from breakfast with you. A thermos flask of tea is also provided.
When is dinner at Rainer’s?
The designated days are Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday, although seasonal changes are possible. Reservations must be made by 10:00 am at breakfast, and dinner is served at 6:30 pm; no booking is possible on the day of arrival.
Are there any restaurants nearby?
There are more restaurants and places to eat in Mandarfen and Tieflehn. We are happy to provide current recommendations directly at the hotel.
Feel-good spa
When is the sauna open?
ZIRBEN.REICH is open daily from 3:30 to 6:30 pm.
What is included in the relaxation area?
A Finnish Swiss stone pine sauna, an infrared cabin, showers and a relaxation room. In summer, a sunbathing lawn and natural swimming pond are added.
Are towels and bathrobes provided?
Sauna towels are provided. Bathrobes are available at reception for 10 euros per stay.
Winter and summer
Is the Pitztal Summer Card included?
The card is included in the summer rate during the official service period. Services and operating hours may vary seasonally.
How far away are the Pitztal Glacier lifts and the Rifflsee lift?
Both valley stations are located around 500 metres from the hotel, with the walk to the Pitztal Glacier Cable Cars taking approximately five minutes and to the Rifflsee Cable Car around ten minutes.
Do the cross-country ski track and winter hiking trails start right at the hotel?
The cross-country ski trail starts right by the hotel. Winter hiking trails and a snowshoe route also begin here.
Is there a ski bus?
The ski bus stops right outside the house.
