- Our prices are per person and day incl. our inclusive services
- Plus resort tax of EUR 4,00 per person and day
- Short stay surcharge EUR 10.00 per person and day
- Double-room for single use surcharge EUR 35.00
- Dog per day EUR 10.00 not in all rooms
- Check-in from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Child-free hotel – honest, right from the booking
To avoid disappointment we want to treat the theme “holidays with children” honestly. Our hotel, the rooms and the care is not specialised on children under the age of 14 years.
Our cancellation conditions:
Summer:
- Up to 14 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge
- 13 to 7 days before arrival: Processing fee of € 100
- 6 to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total amount
- No-show or early departure: 90% of the total amount
Winter:
- Up to 21 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
- 20 to 14 days before arrival: Processing fee of € 200
- 13 to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total amount
- Non-arrival or early departure: 90% of the total amount
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for your security.
